Our Team

As a highly experienced, female owned and operated manufacturer’s representative company, Seraphina draws on its team members’ diverse backgrounds, extensive knowledge and unique insight to build sustainable solutions for its clients. 

Located conveniently across the freeway from Costco, we represent top manufacturers in more than 10 categories and 12 countries. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, we take great pride in working with manufacturers whose values reflect our own. As a scalable business, we support the continued growth and development of our team and the clients we serve.

Kate Cecil | President & Owner

Kate spent the first eight years of her career at Costco, gaining invaluable experience supporting the company’s different departments. From warehouse marketing and cruise ship sales to quality assurance and inventory control in buying, Kate learned the business inside and out before joining what was formerly known as Reingold & Associates. After making the transition, Kate moved quickly into a lead role and soon became the Vice President of Sales & Operations. In 2019, Kate purchased Reingold & Associates and started Seraphina. 

Today, Kate is responsible for sales on all Costco accounts while also overseeing every aspect of the business.

LiAnne Otto | Project Manager

LiAnne brings over 15 years of manufacturing, sales and logistics experience to the team. Before joining Seraphina, LiAnne worked for a pool toy manufacturer as a sales coordinator, supporting the VP of Sales to execute programs globally, while also managing programs for retailers such as Target, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Amazon.

At Seraphina, LiAnne ensures all trains run on time. Her focused attention to detail enables the company to meet its deadlines, and her background adds a vital manufacturer’s perspective.
