Seraphina Sales is a boutique Costco vendor rep agency based just outside of Costco's headquarters in the Seattle area. We work with a selective roster of manufacturers as a true extension of their teams, staying close to the details, timelines, and relationships that matter.
Being small is intentional. It means we can be more hands-on, more invested, and more selective about who we work with. We represent brands we believe in, and we bring them to buyers only when we're confident they're ready.

Seraphina is a female-owned and operated business built on nearly 20 years of experience working with Costco, first from the inside and then for a decade supporting vendors from the outside. That foundation, combined with decades of inherited relationships from the agency we grew from, shapes how we operate: we understand the buying teams, the support teams, and the processes that sit between a great product and the floor.
We take pride in working with manufacturers whose values reflect our own, and who take the work as seriously as we do.

Kate spent nearly 8 years at Costco working her way from the warehouse floor through Costco Travel, buying support, and the toy buying team, giving her a firsthand understanding of how the organization operates from every angle. She joined Reingold & Associates and quickly moved into a lead role before becoming VP of Sales & Operations. In 2019, she acquired the business and founded Seraphina Sales, carrying forward the vendor relationships that made sense and building on them.
Today Kate leads all sales and oversees every aspect of the business.
